Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want every Girdharroll gift to arrive on time and in perfect condition. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.
Where we ship
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. For international or bulk corporate deliveries please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Order processing time
- Ready-to-ship products and hampers: dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Personalised products: dispatched within 3–5 business days, as each piece is made to order.
- Orders placed after 5:00 pm IST, on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- During festive peaks (Diwali, Rakhi, Valentine's Day) processing may take 1–2 extra days; we will tell you if your order is affected.
Shipping methods and charges

Charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched we email and/or SMS you the courier name and tracking number. If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of ordering, write to support@girdharroll.in with your order number.
Delivery attempts and address issues
Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated non-availability, we can re-ship it once the re-shipping fee is paid, or refund the order value minus shipping charges for prepaid orders.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or note it with the courier, and record an unboxing video. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Return Policy.
Gifting and sending to someone else
You can ship to any address in India. Prices are not printed on the packing slip when a gift message is added. Add your message in the cart's gift-message box or the product's personalisation field.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control are rare but possible; we will keep you informed and help you resolve them.
